Casa Jackson

Casa Jackson exists to provide children with the medical, nutritional, and educational assistance they need for the quickest recovery possible.Specifically, Casa Jackson strives to:   

   

• Give each child an exemplary environment for his/her personal development with special attention to the preparation of food, clothing, and hygiene  

• Promote quality nutritional education for families from across Guatemala  

• Teach parents better ways to use locally produced, highly nutritional foods from their own communities for the nourishment of their families  

• Accommodate and provide excellent service for up to 20 children  

   

       

Volunteer

While the priceless staff of Casa Jackson work to provide a safe, clean, healthy, fun atmosphere for the children, the dedicated volunteers are essential to keeping Casa Jackson running consistently at the high quality that we are known for. Without the motivation and constant energy of volunteers, Casa Jackson would suffer greatly, which is why we want YOU to come and spend some time with us, loving the children of Casa Jackson and aiding them in their journey toward full recovery. 

Our needs are many as we seek out volunteers who have hearts for malnourished children and the experiences necessary to provide support to the house.    The main things volunteers need are a passion for the children of Guatemala, a willingness to change some diapers, and an excitement to work towards growth and understanding - in their own lives as well as in the lives of those who live in the house.
